Our senior team have worked together for over 15 years with a proven track record on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects.
Design excellence is a key part of the CRE8 Structures ethos, with a focus on efficient, innovative, effective solutions using technology and smart methods.
The use of BIM is a standard working practice and we are delivering projects at level 2.
We are constantly searching for new ways to deliver great solutions for our clients including working with new materials and techniques. Opportunities for the introduction of off site manufactured components in all materials are explored when concepts are developed.

Founding partner
Jason Guneratne
Jason has over thirty years experience in the structural engineering design and delivery of building projects. His personal style and technical abilities has meant that clients see him not only as a leader in his practice, but also as a technical expert who participates in the delivery of their projects. He is particularly able to assist clients with buildings interfacing with the railway from his long experience of dealing with projects in this environment. He is an active member of the Institution of Structural Engineers and has been involved in the production of the Institutions latest guide on the stability of structures.

PAUL WALTERS
Paul has over thirty years’ experience in civil/structural engineering including business management, commercial management, business development and the leadership of multi-disciplinary projects. Paul has worked with a number of high profile architectural practices notably Terry Farrell & Partners, Fosters and partners and Arata lsozaki and clients including Canary Wharf, JP Morgan, British Land and Royal Mail Group. Paul was also the structural team leader for the 7 star Burj al Arab hotel in Dubai.
