  • The South West Lands project is a 900 unit residential led mixed use development at the 85-acre Wembley Park site. 

  • Longford House is an 8 storey, affordable housing block for British Land and forms part of their mixed-use development at Triton Square, Euston. 

  • This private rental residential scheme forms part of the W06 package which in turn forms part of the overall residential-led regeneration of the Wembley area.

  • The Hive building is a 160,000 sq/ft office at Wembley Park. It is one of two buildings developed simultaneously that comprise the W06 mixed use development. Both buildings sit on a retail podium with a courtyard space between the buildings.

  • The extra care and general needs housing development at Carlton Dene incorporates elements of care and extra care together with affordable rent general housing on the existing Carlton Dene Care Home and Peebles sites. 

  • The social housing development at Westmead, Tavistock Road consists of a single block of 65 units and is situated on the site of a former Elderly care home now made redundant by the opening of a new, larger care home in the Ward.

  • The Balmoral Castle Project provides a minimum of 31 Community Supported Housing Flats to replace the existing Darwin House accommodation, as well as a mixture of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments on the site and was initiated following a petition received from the local community seeking redevelopment of the derelict Balmoral Castle pub.

  • The Woodridings Court project is a high quality social housing development within the existing Council owned Woodridings Court Estate in the London Borough of Haringey, comprising a 33 unit development in four blocks of 4-5 storeys.

  • Rockingham Street project is a development of student accommodation comprising a 23 storey tower on a constrained triangular site.

  • CRE8 Structures were selected as civil and structural engineers for a competition entry for a new innovation Campus next to St Thomas’ hospital grounds in Waterloo to provide innovation space for medtech start-ups.  

  • Regent’s Place is a 13 acre, managed estate in London’s West End under the ownership of British Land and is home to 10,000 workers and residents.

  • The Naval Row project is a 30 storey tower providing 16,000 sqm of build to rent accommodation in the heart of Blackwall, London.  

  • 10 Brock Street is an office development designed by WilkinsonEyre and HalcrowYolles for British Land. The distinctive 16 storey development occupies a key site fronting onto Euston Road and forms the centre piece of the regeneration of the Regent’s Place estate.

  • The site is in an established residential area served by a number of bus routes, is 0.6 miles from Forest Hill national rail station and is bounded by Stanstead Rd, Brockley Rise and St Germans Rd.

  • The VDC Car & Coach Park is designed to accommodate 290 coaches and 600 cars near Wembley Stadium on event days.

  • The Marshgate Lane project is a development of student accommodation for Alumno, and will provide 304 rooms, with the ground floor level providing communal space and a total of 225sqm of commercial space.

  • The Bear Lane project is an eight storey commercial office development in Southwark. The site is on former Network Rail (NWR) owned land immediately adjacent to a brickwork viaduct carrying the main Thameslink railway line through central London.

  • 100 Bishopsgate is one of the latest additions to the skyline in the City of London, its steel frame rising above the busy streets.

  • CRE8 Structures were selected as Civil and Structural Engineers for a due diligence evaluation of the western extension building to the Arm campus at Peterhouse.

  • The Oast House project is a 350 unit multi-storey residential development for Spelthorne Borough Council which the council will retain and rent out. The project includes two towers up to 18 storeys and the refurbishment of a grade 2 listed Oast House to form a community theatre.

  • London Designer Outlet Centre is the 70-store shopping centre next to Wembley Stadium.

  • The Frederick Messer estate is a 66 unit residential development on the Frederick Messer Estate near Seven Sisters station in Haringey. The development consists of three six storey blocks fronting the seven sisters road.

  • This building sits within the Hans Town conservation area in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, in close proximity to Harrods, Knightsbridge.

  • The building is located to the south of Soho Square and was originally built circa 1770’s as a Hospital for Women.

  • Buildings 3 and 4 are the latest offices on the Cambridge Innovation Park for what will become one of the UK’s greenest and most sustainable, low carbon business villages. 

  • The building is located to the west of the One Canada Square tower.

  • The 505-511 Archway Rd is a residential project on the site of a carwash and car repair yard.

  • The Royal Lancaster Hotel is located north of and close to Hyde Park and is adjacent to Lancaster Gate underground tube station.

  • The KWest hotel development is a planned refurbishment of the existing spa hotel in Shepherds Bush.

  • As part of the major station upgrade on the Great Western Route, Network Rail are developing extra capacity at Oxford station. The new Western entrance has a significant footprint that may allow air rights development about.

  • CRE8 Structures are the retained structural engineers at 1 Canada Square, responsible for reviewing and assessing the structural implications of refurbishment works and modification, that are proposed by tenants, on the existing floor plates and structure.
