The 505-511 Archway Rd is a residential project on the site of a carwash and car repair yard. The intention is to build 19 units of various sizes and tenures across the social housing spectrum. The block will be L shaped and will be up to 4 storeys high and steping down to 2 storeys when coming close to adjacent residential gardens on Bakers Lane. There will be no basement.


The structural scheme will explore the opportunity for modular build and will focus on reducing the overall embodied carbon of the frame.
