The development is on three floors shopping and restaurants on the first two levels and a multiplex cinema on the third.
The building makes clever use of the varying levels around the perimeter of the site to bring people in at each of the two levels, making both levels prime from a footfall point of view.
The structure is of reinforced concrete offering both economy and flexibility for the fit out of units, given the diversity of occupiers. Partners and members of CRE8 Structures were heavily involved in the design and delivery of this successfully completed project.
