The W06 project is a mixed use development comprising a 160,000 sq/ft office and a 150-unit built to rent (BTR) apartment building at Wembley Park. Both buildings sit on a retail podium with a courtyard space between the buildings. The scheme forms part of the overall residential-led regeneration of the Wembley area.

The office building is designed to the British Council of Offices standards, and the residential building conforms to the Quintain standard BTR brief. Each building is of reinforced concrete flat slab construction sitting on pile foundations. CRE8 Structures are the civil, structural and geotechnical engineering consultant for the entire development. The buildings have been developed in BIM using Revit software.
